CMS has published the final rule for E-Prescribe exemptions

Quickly….it appears CMS has finalized the proposed additional exemptions.

It appears the deadline to file the exemption will be 11/1/11 rather than 10/1/11.

It appears your exemption will be filed by using a CMS Web Portal which they will post at the CMS E-Rx website so keep checking this website:
